How To easily remove Bowden Tube Compression fittings Creality Ender 3 5 Pro V2 Voxelab Aquila x2

It's easy to do it in this direction, when there's not another coupler in the way though.... Got a situation like that right now with Capricorn tube. Both couplers won't budge and I can only move them toward the threaded section...
