Wow. You're so awsm and cool and beautiful. I really like your videos. They are very helpful. They remind me to keep trying even just a little bit when I can to try to help our environment. Good luck for your training. I want to just suggest, if I can, to just try to just eat slowly and enjoy eating. It helps me when I try to reduce multi tasking, especially when I'm eating food.
