How to Fix MEDIA OFFLINE Error // Link Media in Premiere Pro CC

In this Premiere Pro CC Tutorial I show you 4 different reasons WHY you might encounter the "MEDIA OFFLINE" error in premiere pro (renamed file, moved file, removed drive, or deleted footage), how to avoid these issues and most importantly how to fix them by using Link Media. Why does this happen? Well, Premiere Pro generates a file path for all media imported into a project. This file path contains the name of the clip and all of the folders that it is located in. If at any point the file path is changed or broken in any way, premiere gets confused, because it can no longer locate your footage...as a result, you get the Media Offline Error Message. i was exporting a video when it happened, and when i looked at the final result it had the media offline screen. It has replaced the original footage

I'm having an issue where my file will be deemed offline whenever I export a video. Then when I go to locate the file, it just won't appear? Any clue on how to resolve this?

All my clips are showing up in the project and play in the timeline but when I go to render from inside Premiere Pro or Media Encoder I get a warning that four of my files are offline and cant be found, and it renders the Media Offline image instead. Is this a cache issue?

Got damn, shit is worst is used after affects then, it somehow crashed on a effect ( grain ) after I rendered it say errors, then I noticed bunch of nested clips can’t be located with all the little clips in it, it’s weird as hell, when I search my computer 💻 it says it’s in the folder 📁 but in premiere or after affects it says it’s not there
