I love every part of this home. Besides from the expansive views of LA and Mountains what I really love is how bright the house is, that sunlight is lace & drenched with sunshine, I could imagine how beautiful seeing that sunset in the evening and sunrise in the morning...it is defintely something I could ever see in a house like this? Everything in the home blends well together, I really love that modern kitchen, bedroom are all great...and the Movie theather was beautiful, even that wine cellar is also great to unwind and have a few drinks..as Always beautiful home and tour you show in this channel, if I could pick a favorite I would say that Rooftop definitely for me. I think it is incredible being up there for sure anytime of day...

Hi Darren, I did the math for the wine room, one rack can store 14 bottles and there is 18 racks, it equals 252 bottle!😁 I wonder what my prize will be...😂

Gorgeous. One of my favorites however I would get rid of that wine room in a heartbeat. I love the downstairs bedroom except it doesn't have any windows so that's kind of a bummer. But you are right. It would make a nice office. My other favorite house is the other one that is available for short term rental but I'm curious. Are they just rentals?
