Dive into an in-depth reaction to Enes Yilmazer’s mansion tour of a staggering $139M property nestled in the heart of Bel Air, Los Angeles. While Enes Yilmazer, with his keen eye for luxury and detail, offers viewers an unparalleled glimpse into this architectural marvel, there remains a story untold, one of lingering questions and hidden flaws that may just be the key to its puzzling status on the market. Despite spending over two years since completion without a buyer, and enduring over 400 days listed on the MLS, Enes Yilmazer's mansion tour presents this property in all its glory, yet it’s these very imperfections that we delve into today.

Reacting to Enes Yilmazer’s mansion tour, I aim to shed light on aspects that Enes Yilmazer might not have focused on—specifically, the potential flaws and drawbacks that could deter prospective buyers. While Enes Yilmazer leads us through this magnificent Bel Air mansion, his mansion tours often celebrate the splendor without delving into the challenges that such grandiose properties might face.

In this video, we revisit the mansion tour by Enes Yilmazer, taking a critical eye to what is shown and, more importantly, what is not. The property, though bathed in luxury, from its sweeping vistas to its opulent interiors, might also be grappling with issues beneath its surface sheen—issues like impractical design choices, potential maintenance nightmares, or perhaps a disconnect with the modern buyer’s needs. These hidden flaws, undiscussed by Enes Yilmazer in his mansion tours, could very well be contributing factors to why this jewel in Bel Air has yet to find its match.

Moreover, while Enes Yilmazer’s mansion tour provides a dream-like view of the property, we tackle the looming concern of financial trouble hinted at by its prolonged presence on the market and substantial debt. This mansion, despite the allure showcased in Enes Yilmazer's mansion tours, sits at a crossroads of unparalleled luxury and questionable fiscal footing.

Join me as we go beyond Enes Yilmazer’s mansion tour narrative, juxtaposing the awe-inspiring aspects with a more grounded analysis of potential flaws and economic realities. This reaction is not just a critique but an exploration into why this Bel Air mansion, a subject of Enes Yilmazer's mansion tours, remains unsold. Through this video, we aim to provide a fuller picture, acknowledging both the brilliance that Enes Yilmazer captures and the complex tapestry of factors influencing the mansion’s fate.

I agree. Mikey was more than 50 percent of Enes' videos. He was so much more than the cameraman. But I doubt he'll be back. I kind of got the idea that Mikey and Enes had more than a business relationship and that pairing probably went boom!

Wow, this channel is not competition for Enes it is a great complement. The best of both worlds. We like Enes because of the details, the cinematography, and the exhaustiveness of his tours. He is perfect for visualizing events, families, and activities on the property. But you give us the truth and the scoop of all these properties, and it is just a match made in heaven. Please keep making these videos and also spill the tea about these properties. EXCELLENT!

Glad someone mentioned how hideous the furniture is. It seems like they’re trying to gain a middle eastern buyer. Very Dubai.

What I personally dislike about all these modern homes is that they look like either Dentist/Doctors/corporate offices than homes. Or Museums. It's not cozy as a home. It's just a show-off piece to flaunt.
Even if I was a Billionaire I would rather have a "cozy" giant log home mansion with big logs and stone and rooms designed to feel like a home. I am also not a person that would care to show off. I am more private. So why would I care about silly crap like overly done architecture that looks artificial.

I strongly agree. For $139 million, you could buy TWO Lake Geneva Mansions that he reviewed in his video and still have $11 million left over. It's a very beautiful, very luxurious, and very artistic mansion.

This place has all the warmth and charm of a mausoleum.

That gold lock furniture was hysterical!

I grew up in a huge, modern house slung off the side of a hill. While the view was spectacular, the property was no place to raise children. I’m lucky to be alive actually, as I rode my tricycle off a cliff one day. Other than scrapes and bruises I ended up alright, but I could have easily been killed. Children need a safe yard to play in.

Why do developers keep building these crazy houses if they can’t sell them?

$139 million for what should have been priced at $34, 995, 000. I think they just spent to much and tried to cram in square footage and then decided to shoot for the moon. Unrelated, I sat next to a woman in a coffee shop who owns a business that maintains those living walls across the city, she said business is booming!

I found this video before running across your video, Im a retired appraiser, I obsess over what makes real estate valuable. I agree with you 100%. You made me so happy when you mentioned the acreage and frontage right out of the box. The water walls also in the driveway. WTF. Engineered acreage, no land, all house

$ 139M is way way overpriced. This mansion is at best $ 35M - $ 45M tops

I like these critique videos. This property is a disaster for $140 million. I absolutely loathe the ugly furniture! This developer started the project 8 years ago when glossy white/black was in style. The house feels cold and opressing.

The aesthetic choice here is a mix of airport lounge and bachelor pad.

I love Enes but every property he showcases has a smaller probability of being sold. They either sell for a massive discount, go to auction or just stay flat on the market. I wish him and the team the best.

I´ll never get how developers can be so wrong about building houses, who in the world wants to live in a house that´s completely black? Maybe Batman would live in it, but no one else, where is the wood, where is the warm feeling, where are the colors? It´s like someone googled what depression looks like and went with the theme.

Yes we can’t forget about THE ONE and 777 Sarbonne. Developers in Los Angeles are literally in La-La Land.😂

Great fun to see Enes’ enthusiastic expert tours alongside Arvin’s savvy critiques. Bravos to both 👏

People need to understand that Enes is TOURING houses, he’s not the owner or developer of these houses. I’ve been watching his channel since the beginning and I understand that his channel focuses on more unique and interesting houses. And in one of his videos he said that he quite being a realtor, so he is not selling but touring houses on YouTube. If the house is not your taste or doesn’t sell, I don’t think you should blame Enes. Plus making a whole video about Enes house tours just so “ Mike can come back “ ! We don’t even know what happened between them, if they don’t want to address it they have the right. Plus, Enes’ channel is called: ENES YILMEZER, not Enes and Mike, in my knowledge. Ah, I’m exhausted 🥱
