I see a lot of tours where folks will skip “unexciting” rooms/features of the house but I like that you all show everything including unstaged guest bedrooms. I appreciate the fact that y’all show every room in the house with the exception of ones that would compromise the privacy of the home owners. I could sit and watch these videos all day. ❤

One thing I love about homes like this is that there is actual land. Meaning you can have a family with small kids and have them run around outside, play catch and do all kinds of things. Those California homes on the side of a mountain or the Florida homes on the ocean have no real outdoor space for any of that.
