This home is absolutely stunning. A perfect example of how to do “modern” correctly, infusing natural stone, textures and colors with attention to detail throughout. I don't know how I missed this video when it was 1st posted, but this has to be in the top 3 to 5 of the best homes u've toured. This place is just absolutely incredible. It's not garish & over the top like a lot of multi-million dollar mansions are. It has a timeless feel. I really love all the natu stone, especially the travertine & all the earth tones. It has a very relaxed, soothing vibe & stunning views. I was especially taken by the lower area, the lounge sets the mood. Also, despite it not being the biggest of spaces the spa oozed bliss & tranquility. The master was amazing, particularly the bathroom & closet. The travertine free standing tub is like a piece of art, incredibly beautiful. The onyx & bronze were the perfect touches. All of the bronze accents throughout the home are beautiful. Too bad it's outside of my price range, bc this is the 1st home I've seen that would make me pack up & move to California. Every home I've seen that was created by Saota or that he had some part in is always spectacular. The whole team of designers & architect did a wonderful job on this house, it truly is living art

This is probably my favorite home I’ve seen in a long time. It’s not a huge house, which I actually prefer. A couple of the bedrooms are on the smaller size, but the entire home with the materials, colors and craftsmanship is exquisite. I don’t care for the modern look, but this home is modern with a warm, traditional feel which is very inviting. If I had the available funds, this is a home I would purchase. This was another great tour and everyone did an exceptional job, as always.

Sometimes architects seem to forget that people LIVE in their creations. But here, the structural architect and interior architect have done an incredible job for the owner. Warm, timeless, and above all - a place to live. It's not ostentatious or overblown, it's sleek, stylish and above all - human. Congratulations team.

The "timeless and modern" design elements are exceptional.
LOVE the color palletes of stone and wood used, making this one of the most relaxing homes I have seen on the channel. While they are all amazing certain ones feel like a cozy _home_ regardless of their immense size and that is an art form in design.

Honestly, this house is more beautiful and homey than THE ONE. I mean, The One is a really gorgeous home too but since it's too big, you need to have a really big family to occupy it or it will feel empty. With this one, a medium sized family would definitely enjoy all the amenities without feeling overwhelmed. Both house are beautiful but I prefer this one. Such a homey property!
