I could not believe my eyes and ears watching this mom disrespect everyone BUT her ex. she acts like her ex isn’t even there, but she has a lot of rude things to say to the judge and dad‘s lawyer.

IF I WAS THE JUDGE, I would have taken a 10 minute break, sign a warrant for her arrest for Contempt of Court (because cash penalties mean nothing to her just like child support) & sent the po po over to her apartment while she is on Zoom getting her 2nd, 3rd & 4th Contempt charge. Now THAT would have been one for the books.

I think this Judge is pitching it just right. His calm manner is winding her up and letting her expose herself and seal the deal for dad. A contempt charge would have no effect on her and he just let her dig her own hole.

He didn't fall for her reactionary BS!! Lol, she thought she could run shit and he shut her down!! Stayed calm and cool the entire time!! She bounced out cause she didn't know how to handle someone not reacting to her BS!!! Dads gonna get what he wants because of her childish BS!!

If you listened to the judge, he was essentially telling everyone else in court why he wasn’t giving her jail time. He didn’t want to award her a free attorney as that would be one way for her to get that. So he stuck to financial sanctions for contempt. He also was letting her own actions and behavior build the case against her. Arguing and being forceful with someone like her has the same result except she would have gotten more of what she wanted, which is a free attorney. The father and his attorney were being smart and letting her act out. He knows it’s the best way to ensure he maintains full custody. I hope, for the children’s sake, that he keeps full custody and hopefully her rights get terminated if she cannot or will not get treatment.

She won't pay for the drug test, but has no problem with paying hundreds of dollars to be able to swear. This judge has so much patience and composure. I am in awe.
