Her healing isn’t quite the same as DP or Logan. It’s related to here atomic level telekinesis.

She’s basically moving and repairing damage on an atomic level. Juggernaut’s helmet does stop mutant power, is blocks psychic powers. That’s why it prevented her from healing, but wouldn’t stop DP or Logan from healing
