Formula:
=countif($B&2:$B$22,B2)
$B&2:$B$22- it is the range where you want to search for duplicates
B2- it is the value you're checking for duplicates in the range

If the formula returns a value greater than 1, it means the value in column B is a duplicate.
If the Formulare returns 1, it means the value is unique.
