Holy sweet baby Jesus! I just made this for my family and all I gotta say forget what they think, I made it and I am soooo damn impressed that I had to get 2 servings! WAYYY better then out local seafood place!!

My wife and I and our 3 kids, ages 4, 10 and 15 had this shrimp boil for dinner tonight. There was enough left over for my work lunch tomorrow. It was delicious. Perfectly flavored and not too salty or spicy. My only changes were not adding any cayenne pepper and adding a whole cup of chicken broth instead of just the half cup it called for. I used the original Louisiana brand hot sauce.

Edit!! Omg this recipe is the bomb!! What’s a good boil without the proper sauce!!? This sauce is so good. I don’t eat pork so I substituted with smoked Turkey eckrich sausage and it’s still great. Added a few king crab legs to the mix and boom! Thanks for this! I found my go to sauce recipe 😊 no more spending $100+ to go out to eat for a boil.. I got juicy crab right in my kitchen lol

Just tried it and it was delicious. I varied the recipe by using "I can't believe it's not butter, " no hot sauce, and 2 whole hard boil eggs (shelled). An egg with each serving. Love it!!🎉❤❤❤😊

My Wife & I tried this last night, and followed the directions to the letter (used Frank's Hot Sauce), and it was DELICIOUS. Outstanding recipe, man. It's in our recipe book now.

Man Oh! Man. I made this and thought I was back on the bayou! I used some Tom Landry Choot'em andouille sausage, Tony Chachere's instead of Old Bay. Some Ghost pepper hot sauce and a nice serrano pepper finely chopped. I made half the amount for 1lb of shrimp (shell on for more flavor) for my sweetie and she loved it. Watermelon for dessert, it was perfect.

I am going to try this because I am from Louisiana and I know the seafood boil with the dragging out the big pots take long. This is quick and easier.

OMG dude! I made this exact recipe for my wife & I for supper tonight and we could not believe how good this was. Here in Western Mass a Cajun style meal like this would easily go for $32.00/plate. If I had my way, I'd make this exact meal for supper again tomorrow night. Bravo! Brother!!
