You can buy any seafood you like, main thing is the butter sauce, recipe below

Sauce
3 Garlic bulbs
4 Butter sticks
2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
2 tbsp Sweet Paprika
2 tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Sugar
3 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Hot Sauce
1/3 Cup Water

Melt 2 butter sticks and add chopped garlic, cook 1 minute, until garlic is gold (do not burn!). Add 2 more butter sticks and all the ingredients, cook on LOW! heat for 10 minutes!

For Boiling water I always use - Lemons, whole garlic bulb, bay leaf, black peppercorns, and lots of salt and seasoning.

They do it so differently than we do it in Louisiana. We boil the food WITH the spices/ingredients, and let it "soak" for a while after it's finished cooking. I see a lot of these videos where it looks more like a sauce over the seafood. It's interesting to see boiled food done differently in different places.
