If you crack the eggs while they’re still in the ice bath the water will get between the shell and the inside and make it come apart super easy. I did this to peel like 100 eggs at a time for banquets.

Bruh, usually I just get a hard boil on either stove or out on a propane tank, then add seasonings: salt, Old Bay, zatarans, mustard, lemons, etc. then add in potatoes and corn, sausage, whatever else. Then crabs then shrimp. All in one pot! Faster cook, easier clean up.
However since, I like learning new ways to prepare meals and dishes, I'll give this a shot. 🎉❤ God bless!

Nice work. Consider cooling the entire pot in the sink with ice water to stop the cooking, and let it soak for about 40 minutes. The flavor will penetrate all of the food. Delicious
