Can't wait for this to be the norm. Ppl need more time to take care of themselves & their families, and to just overall enjoy life. A 4-day working week is a lot more balanced. I've noticed that when I only work 4 days a week, I'm actually more eager & excited to get back to work the following week because I feel much more well-rested & refreshed.

I currently work a four day work week (with weekends and Wednesdays off) and working this schedule has been the best for my mental and physical health (especially sleep schedule.) My job wants me to go back to “full time” and I’m having a hard time with that idea…. I’m paid hourly, so I’d make more money being full time, but I love this current schedule.

4 days 8 hours a day sounds amazing! I just had an interview for a 4 on 3 off position, but it's 10 hour work days, plus the hour commute, which i feel is going to be exhausting. But i feel like i have no other choice. This is my best option to get a work-life balance around my area.

I welcome 4 day workweek & higher wages that would be better I think the opposite it wont burn you out it will give you more energy, sleep, and time to spend with family more self love for yourself

We need less Karens in the country and this should work
