3 shocking theories about Pixar’s Elemental. No. 1, The storm that wiped out the Fire Land might have been the first world war between fire and the cloud people. This conflict might have happened due to the fire people causing the haze in the atmosphere, making the cloud people difficult to breathe. And this might be the reason why they show their angry faces to a fire person when they pass by. Plus, the tornado-like stadium might be a symbol of their victory. No. 2, If the water people have vehicles that can travel on land and sea, then it’s possible that they traveled to Fire Land long ago. They may have brought the fire people to Element City and hired them to make glasses. And no. 3, If the Vivisteria flower can grow in any environment, then Wade could’ve just plucked the flower and gave it to Ember instead of endangering her life in a bubble.

Wade endangered her life because she wanted to see it at that certain station.
They could have taken one with them, though

He not just endangered Ember's life, Wade also trespassed and vandalized. I like him.😈

I think Wade chose not to pluck any of the flowers, because it probably would have gotten Ember under more suspicion from her parents. What if they spotted it somehow in the restaurant? Why would she suddenly have the one flower from the one place they were banned from going to? Also, while it was very risky, I think he wanted to give her the full experience of the place, since she was never able to have that in her childhood.

I loved the bubble date with Wade and Ember, it shows the trust she has in Wade and also shows that Wade understood Ember at a level she didn't know she needed which is why she reacted so excited after Wade got her to safety. A deeply powerful scene that bonded them and led to them taking the risk to try touching hands. A truly magical scene, really touched my heart. 🥰🫶

Wade’s personality is about his respect for his surroundings and those around him — he never would’ve plucked a vivesteria, as I think he would value its life too much

If 1 symbolisesa war its more likely the korean war since its supposed to resemble the directors story who is the son of korean immigrants.

Maybe the reason wade took ember to see the flower is because if he plucked it out it could have died and ember might accidentally touch it

Wade may have felt that just bringing Ember one flower wasn't good enough. She deserved a chance to see the whole place.

It's also significant that Gale agreed to help, and the Ember trusted him enough to jump into that bubble.

But seeing in the underwater makes ember more happy? Right?

For the last one, he probably wanted Ember to the the whole tree, not just one flower
