I bought an Audi A4 2015 and the mileage was changed to (72k) km. Now, i knew the real mileage (225k)km but the problem that I can't change back the number. When I tried to put a new value it doesn't reflect in the test value cell. I don't know if it's because of the security code.
Could you help me with this?

Hi can i restore the original mileage ? Cause my last inspection says 313k km but i got the car with 236k km don't mind (also didn't know forgot to check) but would like restore the real mileage. Im planing on buying a vvdc to read stuff. And from the 2017 inspection to the 2022 inspection the car only did 400km 😂 (and normally its every 2 years) according to history so it sat for 5 years but it drives good. Im gonna check over timing belt and might do a gearbox fluid change cause I don't trust anything cause seller said chain driven and gearbox oil changed at 225k km but thr inspection in 15/04/24 said car had 313k km but failed but the inspection i got witht it 20/04/24 said blank at the mileage 😂 and passed inspection. Again as long as it drive I don't mind. Its just very confusing the more u look into it
