for everyone saying this is illegal, if he swapped out the cluster for one that has higher mileage, he'll just need proof in doing the adjustment, its done all the time at the dealer

is it done with the cable connected to the OBD port? I have seen the video where this information is changed by an eeprom reader with a removed and disassembled instrument cluster.
