Doing it atm, I'm doing my own fresh fruit juices and then vegan food similar to yours on evening, not to lose weight just coz eating all day is such a chore once is much easier to manage for busy lifestyle

My body’s BMR rate is 1600 so does that mean I can eat above 1600kcal and still lose weight while intermittent fasting for minimum 16 hours a day.
