Tips: spin the pan, not the chopsticks. And yes, that pan is too big. Smaller one would be easier to spin. And use low heat, and turn it off mid way and use the residual heat to cook the rest.

While spinning the egg the uncooked liquid is slowly flowing at the edge so you have to pause a little every time to let the egg cook a bit so it won't tear.
