2. These kinds of cakes are hard to make.
3. For following Alvin's lead and using a cake pan. My personal preference and experience, upside down cakes or just plain cakes with fruit, taste and turn out better baked in a seasoned stainless steel deep skillet or cast iron .
4. You always put on a great show.
5. You're so funny even if you're not trying to be.

It takes me at least 3 times to memorise one recipe then when I do it after a few months I have to again watch and memorise everything
