Bonus tips: When doing a stack cake like this: use sticks to keep it in place when applying the frosting.
Also, save the red for last.

I don't get why people like sprinkles I thought they were for kids and even back then I didn't like the taste. The cake is still impressive btw.

reasons why the cake was leaning:
1. the cakes were not leveled
2. cream cheese frosting is a soft frosting and not great for super structured cakes
3. this is a tall cake and therefore wouldve benefited from a cakeboard + dowels
4. it was probs hot (like she mentioned in the video) which melted the frosting and made it even softer

Great job on the cake!!! I have that same big blue bowl! I always get excited when I see other people that have it. It was my moms and she gave it to me when she moved. She had since before I was born (we won't say how long ago that was). I have so many great memories of meals mixed and baked in that bowl. Almost once per week she made a macaroni bake in it. I haven't made that since she moved 8 years ago. It has tomatoes in it any my husband can't eat them and it's a necessary ingredient. It makes a lot so it's hard for one person to eat. I will just have to make it for myself one of these days anyway.
