I used to crap on this stuff so much when I was a young lad. Now I just feel like if the lady believes the crystals help her then good for her. Also this is real ASMR. Forget instagrammers whispering about God knows what.

I withhold judgment. Therapy of any kind is an extremely personal and unique experience - especially therapy for the mind. The mind can do powerful things for the body. If this experience is therapeutic for someone on any level, then it's personally worthwhile to them. Just because it may not be personally worthwhile for someone else does not mean that judgment should be cast. A lot of people come here for ASMR, but forget that it wasn't all that long ago that ASMR wasn't even factually recognized because not everyone experiences it and scientists still aren't quite sure what causes it.
