I dunno why but I thought this would be more of ecstatic. But somehow I feel this program is just painted too much in politics, hearing politically correct words like "person of color" and the other gender being mixed into it, as if its a requirement for the endeavor. Sigh. But the fact that China and Russia are on their way too, now that's interesting.
