Wishing everyone who watches this a productive work session! 💙

Pomodoro times are a great tool for increasing focus.
I recommend setting a target before each interval. This can help create a sense of urgency and competition (great ADHD motivators) as you race against the clock to hit your target before the clock runs out!

In this video we'll do 4 intervals of 50 minutes, with 10 minute breaks in between. You'll hear a chime at the end of each work interval.

Even though I do not have ADHD this helps me concentrate so much, please do post much more videos like this and snacks and coffee really though help me concentrate with the no music video
