ADHD Focus Club - Pomodoro timer & Soothing Train Sounds. When used with headphones, the "Train Sounds" help to reduce other sounds in your environment due to the steady rhythms and bass in the soundscape, which works similar to brown noise or white noise. This creates a unique ambiance, designed to help you activate ✨hyperfocus✨ :)

Pomodoro timers can help create a sense of urgency and competition (great ADHD motivators) as you race against the clock to hit your target before the clock runs out! Background soundscape provides background noise reduction and stimulation to help increase concentration and focus for people with ADHD.

In this video we'll do 4 intervals of 50 minutes, with 10 minute breaks in between. You'll hear a chime at the end of each work interval.

My Favorite Pomodoro. The train background is perfect. Boarding when coming back from my break just does something for my soul.

Is there any chance you could do a 25 minute one with this sound? It is the best that I have found, but I have a hard time getting to 50 without a break. Thank you for considering!
