The fact that we live such comfortable lives that we’re all learning how to be productive and function like normal human beings is crazy to me

Cole — I can’t express how much your videos mean to me. They’re a great break from the classic red pilled self improvement YouTubers. Every single one of your videos displays a balance of hardship and the rewards that come from it. I leave your videos feeling like a truly learned something… unlike every other channel on YouTube. Please, don’t stop making thoughtful content like this.

A lot of people need to hear this, also you structure your videos very well.

Man, I go through periods of time where I'll watch every single one of your videos and periods where I miss a few. But since the beginning, the quality has always been there and I never walk away regretting the time I spent listening to you. Thank you for all you do Cole!

12:26 From this moment on, I'm convinced you're arguably the best self-improvement youtuber SO FAR. Tbh I've never seen someone explain this nuance in trying to improve your life as well as you.

Gym, for example, was my biggest struggle in the first month only because I finally had to face my sleep schedule and my health problem for the first time in my life. TBH I'm still kinda on and off with gym due to my studies, but I'm way more excited to hit the gym now than I was before.

Thank you for this excellent video Cole.

When you take a journey, you need to find a pinpoint that's so painful that you do anything to avoid it. I'm 24 years old and i learned this in my down point of my life. But when i got past that hardship, i use it as a "why" to do what I want to do. That's why I feel those who lives in America don't understand how much we take everything for granted. When you go through a pain point so hurtful that you do anything to avoid it, it's the best motivator out there. Idk if what i said makes sense

This video is quite literally, life changing. I am done being a spectator and avoidant and will start to take action.

I cried hearing this video but it’s what I needed to hear. It’s hard when you haven’t been dealt the best of cards but I’ve learned it’s easier to throw yourself a pity party to excuse yourself from being better than taking that long pause at the mirror and asking yourself the tough questions.

This is the best self improvement channel on YouTube, for me!! After spending more than 5 years consuming self-help content non stop, from philosophy to psychology and from pick-up artists to incel - black pill frenzy, Cole is the only one who actually FORCED me to finally take action... Now I am right here, where it gets worse before getting better, but this video will stay a strong reminder for me to keep going!! Guys I was one of those who never believed he could progress... But here I am, moving forward slowly but steadily... Never give up, never!! Thank you Cole !

Watching this video has changed my entire mentality. I can’t thank you enough for you simply sharing your philosophy and helping those who truly need it most. I’m glad I’m still young and your teachings can genuinely improve my life before the extreme problems take place. Thank you for changing my life, Cole.

I can agree with this so much. Ever since I've been trying to fix my stuff it has gotta worse but it also does get better so i know i got to fight more until i win.

Its insane this came out today of all days. I literally JUST had a small arguement with my parents about my performance in college. I've always a procrastination habit and to put it more generally, a lack of initiative. But this year I've been fighting my bad habits almost everytime im falling back into them. But theres still very many days where i start acting like my "old self" Im still not doing the best this semester in school but I have improved. I already fixed things up with my parents but watching this really sealed me back in one piece to keep doing what im doing. Sorry for the long comment, i usually dont comment on social media at all but I want you to know that you've helped someone by making this video :)

I love watching these videos every time I watch them, I feel better and more hopeful about my life. I want to tell myself I can do this, I can get better. but the voices in the back of my head tell me I can't and that I shouldn't but ik that's exactly why I need too.

this is what is literally happening to me right now man. ive gotten so complacent and lazy that ive gone from working out around 3hrs a day, practicing good mental health practices and getting rid of addictions, to playing games all day. slowly recovering.

Bro you're one of the best self-improvement youtubers I've ever come across. Many of the problems that you talk about are highly relatable to me and the advice you give to tackle them is pretty solid. Keep up the good work my friend.

In the process right now, my self hatred fueled me at first now I love my new habits more than my old habits. Went to a company baseball game all they had to drink was coke products, I took a sip and it tasted awful to me so I didn't drink anything till after. Proud of my new mind and body.

After 8 years living mostly by myself away from my parents, I decided to move back with them, moving back made me lazy and unmotivated, now I am living as a nomad moving from city to city monthly, It feels great!

Oh my god, Cole, this is so gold. Can't thank you enough man, there are no other self-improvement channels that make it make sense like you. You just got you a new subscriber.
