If u see a rider trail side with an issue, ask if they are ok/have everything they need (tools/tube etc). Offer help....one day it could be u needing that offer! Pass it forward.
Even if it's roadies...show them hiw friendly and brilliant mtb'rs are...don't be a hater

PLEASE make a video about bike park etiquette! With all the new riders this year, we've seen so many people stopping in the middle of fast blue and black trails, not moving over (when it's safe) for faster riders, riding trails they shouldn't be riding, etc. Also got to love the people who bring a bluetooth speaker in their backpack to drown out their awareness of everyone else!

Tip: Don't show up to the bike park without a helmet, trust me, its different than the bmx community, and you get weird looks :)

In addition to waiting for slower riders to let you pass, also remember sometimes you are the slower rider, so let the faster person behind you pass! Though to be fair, it's pretty common for me to be the slower rider...
Same applies to cars. There's a few sections round my local trails where you have to use tarmac to link the good bits together, often on single track roads. Use the passing places to let cars by, and a little wave of thanks for their patience is always a good idea too. Show the drivers that not all cyclists are bad!

I’ll add another one: don’t wear earbuds or headphones while riding! It’s better to hear what’s going on around you in nature. Your bike may develop a mechanical problem, or another rider may try to get your attention to stop and help them or to let them pass you. You’ll never even notice if you have music blaring in your ears. Have a great weekend everyone! Much love from Texas!

1 of these is imprortant, I brought some friends riding and I went behind them to see how their were doing and theirs guy came flying by yelling at them for being slow, almost crashed a couple of beginners who where already getting out of the way

Rich how do you find the rear shock bolt on the Mega? I've a 2019 Mega and the rear shock bolt constantly comes loose. No amount of thread lock can fix it! Seems such a design flaw that the movement of the linkage actually un-does the bolt every-time the suspension compresses...

Firstly, big thank you for choosing me 🙂

Secondly, I know you didn’t have my address to send me the prize (water bottle) so after waiting a short time for you to contact me I decided to contact you. First message on Facebook, waited but no response. Then I emailed, no response. Then again on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook again... still no response! I appreciate you must be inundated with messages but it’s been 2 & 1/2 months now and I’ve had zero contact. I feel bad for having to contact you about it as it’s a prize and not something I’ve purchased, and don’t get me wrong, I very much appreciate that you made me a winner. I just hoped to have recieved the prize by now as I’m sure it wouldn’t have taken this long if I had placed an order myself. Not only that I was excited to get my hands on the water bottle, it’s looks pretty good 🙂

Anyway, I guess I’m just feeling a little disappointed I’ve had zero contact from GMBN. But hopefully I hear from you soon.

I will say, some of my friends use mountain biking and cycling like the modern day golf course where business is done. As long as I know my bud says he’d love to ride but is working and will need to be in his phone I’m totally fine. If I wasn’t informed that his phone will take priority then it’s bad
