If you are a natural, you need fewer sets and higher intensity, going to, and beyond failure. You also need time for recovery.

So 10-20 sets per muscle, and 6-20 reps per set. What about Time under tension? how many secs for concentric and how many secs for eccentric?

You need lower higher intensity sets of around 4-6 per muscle group if you are natural lifter as body cannot recover quick enough let alone grow from higher volume set stop with this misinformation please
