The panel demonstrate poor questioning technique and negative body language, resulting in an unprofessional and uncomfortable experience for the prospective employee, who will indisputably leave the interview with an adverse opinion of the organisation. Some questions also refer to the protected characteristics, leaving the panel vulnerable to claims of discrimination.
