update: i wasn’t really asked any questions i was just told my hourly pay, asked my amount of hours weekly (30) and i provided the stuff needed for a background check and told i could start next week

Hey! I GOT THE JOB! I watched all your videos to prepare for my job interview! I asked the hard question, and the nursing director said she had NO HESITATION and brought me directly to the last stage; the peer interview. As soon as I passed my license boards, I called them, left a voicemail, and they called me back and offered me the job!! Thank you so so so much!!
