Fudgy Skillet Brownies #shorts

An easy skillet brownie recipe for anyone.

Recipe-
Ingredients:
8 oz- semi sweet chocolate- 4 oz melted, 4 oz shaved
1 cup- sugar
1 1/2 stick (12 oz)- hot melted butter
2 ea- eggs
2 tsp- vanilla extract
3/4 cup- all purpose flour
1/4 cup- unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp- salt

Method:
Mix the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl, combine well.
Add eggs and vanilla, stir vigorously until you have a nice smooth batter.
Shave 8 oz of semi sweet chocolate and divide in half.
Melt half of the chocolate, after cooled slightly and add to the butter mixture, stir well to combine.
Add salt to the mixture.
Sift in flour and cocoa powder and fold in. Do not over stir.
Add remaining shaved chocolate and fold in. You can reserve some of the chocolate to sprinkle on top if you like.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes and cool.
