I’m having an issue that I don’t know how to fix. I did everything the video told me but when I try getting the role. It gives them to me without Sapphire giving me the message that it have the roles. But it shows the message when I remove all. Do you know how to fix it?

Can I do this not for roles, but basic info? lets say person chooses one from a list, and my custom sapphire bot simply DM's him info he wants to know instead of adding role?
