Thank you for explaining the concepts so nicely. I am not a chef, but have learnt how to cook from my mother and have been cooking vegetarian food for many years now. Will appreciate if you could share which foods are good for Diabetics, IBS, Brain (Alzheimer’s, Dementia), Eyes as these are the ailments many people tend to suffer in long run. Blessings
