An acquaintance of mine is friends with Alan Ritchson. He told me that Alan was really nervous about doing Jack Reacher. I think Alan knocked it out of the ballpark with his rendition of Jack Reacher!

The details are amazing. The car, just like Reacher, is wet because of the rain that's referred to later. And him hearing the sirens of two cars and rightfully assuming that they're there for him, because why would two armed officers barge in to arrest kids or an elderly couple? And it's subtly shown by him clenching his jaw, giving a disappointed look and putting his hands on the table without some stupid one-liner. They didn't need to add that touch or book reference, or could have had it explained verbally to Finlay but I'm happy they did it the way they did

Interesting Reacher leaves a $10 at 1:35 whereas in Killing Floor he leaves a $5 bill. Inflation even effecting Reacher.

Being 6'7", this is how most of my arguments go.

I never met another man who didn't wish he was taller.

Let me tell you, it sucks. There's one benefit and one alone; and it isn't worth the loss of everything else.

No matter how handsome, sweet, kind, funny or smart you are, you're "Tall Mike". You spend most of the day feeling like a square peg dancing around a round hole. Nothing fitting, adjusting everything... you get to just feeling like some big, dumb ogre.

I walk around with a broken heart after losing my fiance to a brain aneurism one night. But most men look at me and puff out their chest to try and size up to me. If they only knew I"m the last person they have to act that way with.

Sorry for the sudden burst of word vomit.

I just want guys out there to know, if they're 5'9", ( which is most men ) don't wish yourself taller. You are the PERFECT height. Everything fits you like it was made for you, because it was. Be grateful, because being the biggest guy in the room isn't worth the endless list of life you miss out on.
