Calvinism and Idolatry - the Worship of Men - Tommy McMurtry Part 3

We conclude this series by refuting Tommy McMurtry's ludicrous assertion that Calvinists are not saved - simply because they hold to Calvinistic theology. One can hold to the purest of theologies - having every dot and tittle correct, and yet be lost. Much more could be said to this than what is in this video - I did not take the time to go through 1st John - which describes genuine Christianity and compared it to false Christianity. Some doctrines cannot be denied, such as Christ's diety, and still claim to be Christian. But there is much room for disagreement on some core issues. Then again, some people are BETTER than their theology, and their lives reveal that they have had a genuine experience with God, yet in their immaturity say things which do not line up with that reality. So then, when the New IFB makes blanket condemnations of people to Hell, it's best to take it with a grain of salt.
