In this lesson we will look at an arithmetic sequence which is part of grade 12 patterns. An arithmetic sequence is a sequence which contains a constant difference between the terms.

Kevin couldn't u also use the difference between the terms to work it out also

e.g. x+2;x;2x+3
The difference between the then is as follows
-2 and +x+3
Then
-2=x+3
-2-3=x
-5=x

Can you please help me, how did we end up with -x+9=2x-9?
