Get stickers on your bumper. Each sticker will add about 5hp

Nice review!

Also, one thing a person should keep in mind is that the factory exhaust keeps the 392 very quiet. As soon as you loose the factory exhaust your 392 will sound like a Tyrannasaurus rex roaring on your cold start. Women and children will run.

Okay to my 6.4 fam do not just slap on a supercharger you need to forge the internals

A cold air intake will NOT gain you 15 to 20 horsepower. 3 to 5 if you're lucky.

CAI won’t add 20hp. Throttle body won’t either without injector and intake manifold upgrades. Headers are good for half your claim

I will add the headers for the sound rather than the gains😏

Remember, you're required to get a performance ECM for the 2015+ Dodge vehicles because Dodge locks the chips from the factory. I know you can pay Dodge to unlock it for you, but I've not looked into that option, plus I don't believe you're able to install custom tunes, which you will also be required to do with any of the other mods in this list. I'd also throw headers into the same category as the chip; while being not very cost effective, they're both almost mandatory if you start doing any serious modding to your vehicle.

Perhaps I missed it but if you drive a Challenger stock that's lower than the SRT versions, the best bang for buck mod you can do is buy better, wider tires. I know it doesn't add HP/TQ but I have a Scat with the stock 245's and I can't wait to buy my new tires. Spinning out sucks.

From what I've been seeing, headers and a good dyno tune could yield an additional 30 horsepower on the 5.7. I'd go for that mod just to round my 5.7 out to an even 400 hp.

I have 2014 Challenger R/T 6 sos and with Shorty headers, high flow cats, No muffler or resonators, CAI, throttle body and spacer, and tuned on Dyno....puts 422 down at the wheels with 93 octane fuel. Baseline dyno run was 326whp.

I spent just under $2, 000 on all that including the tuning and dyno.

Next I’ll probably do heads and cam and retune and hopefully pickup another 60whp.

Cold air intakes honestly don’t do shit. There is no way you are getting 10-20hp with an air filter lmfao.😂😂😂

Yeah forced induction is always the best way to go and then an aggressive cam would be 2nd. The other add-ons will bring minimal gains but replacing the stock exhaust is a must, well at least on the older hemis anyway. I know that the newer late model Hemi cars have active exhaust and is really good these days, but that was one of the first things that I did with my 2010 Challenger SRT8 as the factory set up was much too quiet and the massive suitcase Style resonators and mufflers are heavy as well

Once you do a mod on any part of the engine from the throttle body to the Catalytic Converters (Basically anything other than a Cat Back and CAI) you need a Tuner anyway so your best money spent is to start there, a tuner and a good dyno tune. With that initial cost out of the way, Cams, heads, blowers, headers, etc. can be done and maximized. You'll need to retune after every mod!

"You're gonna learn everything you need to know about mods that add horsepower to your car."
In eleven minutes? I seriously doubt it. But I subscribed anyway, because muscle cars are fucking awesome.

Throttle body spacer is a useless piece of metal on fuel injected cars🤐🤫

Headers may be one of the lowest on the list, but with every mod you do, it helps increase the gains for that specific mod... cam, heads, etc. The exhaust helps it breathe to make the power those others will bring to the table.

Sorry i have to say this video is very misleading. You're over simplifying these mods. to super charge or turbo a N/A car you need to reinforce the internals as well. To do headers on these cars are a pain in the arse. Any shop would charge a lot to do that. I would have to say a chip is a must for most modern cars to re map the engine to get the most HP safely.

I added a hellcat air box and a hellcat supercharger on my 2017 challenger rt and I had to put in a diff brace and a few more suspension parts to hold the 585 wheel hp
