Even worse is no chance of chatting with people in your friend list. In that case you have a chance of organizing trades if you happen to visit the same event, holiday in their country or whatever.

Global trading would be awesome! I have so many lucky friends that are out of state/country. You would need to have a way to communicate with that person so you’d know which Pokémon you’re wanting to trade—preferably in game chatting, not an outside app.

For the white screen, reload the game AFTER the raid is complete. You’ll have to rely on your teammate being able to kill the boss on their own. When you reload in, you’ll have to click on the raid again and it’ll let you catch the boss.

You can get your raid passes back if you ever experience any glitches and bugs, you just need to talk to support.

It’s not just the white screen, it’s when you get stuck in the lobby and the other loses because it was a duo effort!

lucky friends should also let you trade from anywhere in the world, if you live in an active community it makes more sense to only focus on getting best friends with local people

Whenever I experience the white screen glitch, I wait until someone nearby says the raid is over, then I reload the game, tap on the gym, then I'll get the rewards and the raid boss pokemon. If you reload before the raid is defeated, you'll lose your raid pass. At least, that's what I've found.
