To fall asleep faster, make sure your room is pitch black and cold. This puts your body in a sleep state.

Got this crazy experience bout brain power thing. Brief history and info needed, from Thailand, with its time zone being gmt +7 so its almost iopposite of UK, where United is based. Im a big BIG, Utd fan, so i watched almost every min possible. Problem is Mid week matches are super late, starting at 1:45, 2:45, 3:00 AM. One of these are the kick offs, so my mom had a problem wid dat. Meaning that id have to go to bed, and wake up to watch the match. Heres the crazy part, i used to wake up on the correct kick off time without an alarm, majority of time within 5 minutes of kickoff times. And makority of those times closer to 0 minutes than 5 minutes of kickoff times. Trick is to down lots of water like right before going to bed. And its not like i tell myself 2:45 am wake up. More like a normal planning that at the back of yo mind. Id be sleeping right and sometimes excited for the match and i'd have this thought of like, ahh can't wait to watch the match, and say its 3 hrs 40 mins before the match, id be like damn so long until kick off, like wanting it to be sooner kinda thought. But i'd think of sleep as a time warp, had been thinking that for ever, coz its you about to sleep, and you woken up, time just dissapear. These thoughts naturally come in, not in any order or any exact thoughts, but something along these lines. And i'd fall a sleep never forced, never really had a hard time falling a sleep. And when i wake up, i think 100% of the times, id spring out of bed, thinking fck i've slept in, missed the match fosho. Physically walk out the room turnon lights, and looking at the clock and it'd be saying 20 seconds until kick off 9 times outta 10 within 5 mins, remember nuerous times that i'd sprung outta bed ranout light on and clock says im seconds off kick off time. Then i'd walk to the toilet, take the longest piss, and comeback out watching united crushing anyone in its path. Lolz

La embarraste con el vídeo anterior. Si tienes esa gran capacidad para absorber información y algunos contactos interesantes, ¿cómo es posible que no sepas de pensamiento crítico, método científico y pseudociencias?
