Hello! Interview got over last month .then received mail to upload all the documents to initiate HR discussion, so uploaded all documents in ibegin and current step is Screening
Resume Shortlisted ..how many days it would take generally for HR salary discussion? Almost 4 weeks done

Some position names are just 'Executive' or 'Analyst'. So do the BGV team checks the actual roles & responsibilities of that candidate? or I can put other responsibilities under that position?

Thank you for your help. Actually I am from west bengal board and our total marks for class 12 is calculated out of 500 i.e. it is calculated by taking best of 5 subjects. I have not calculated by taking all the subjects as it is not considered in our board. Calculated the best of 5 percentage and given in iBegin portal the same. Will it be a problem in bgc?

Sir Exp. person hoon.... mere previous company ka jo 2012 year mein resignation kiya tha.... Ouska proper document nahi hain. Us company mein 2 Yrs kaam kiya tha 2010 to 2012. Ouske badh mein abhi 4 company change kar chuki hoon.... Ous sabka proper Documents hain. But phele wala ka I have Only Offer letter. Please give me proper solution. TCS Background Verification mein last kitna company ki verification karti hain. Please give me proper solution. Bahut tension mein hoon. please help.

In 2022 November I gave interview in TCS by keeping 4+ years and I recieved offer but didn’t joined because other offer from cognizant and now in June, 2024 again I gave interview in TCS but now with my guniene experience of 3+ without fake years.Now problem is that in my candidature in “TCS IBEGIN-Next steps portal” is already exists with that fake experience. But now I am trying by removing that fake experience which I kept before. What can tell them if they question modifications in experiences?

I got offer letter on 31 Aug 2022. My BGC initiated on 15 September 2022.till now i didn't got joining letter and my BGC also not completed yet. I asked to hr but she is telling that there should be company name in bank statement, my previous company is small scale they didn't deduct PF and also they credited salary in saving account.
What can i do now?please suggest
