if you have already subitted the resignation acceptance email or the relieving letter the PF closure/Non-closure status must not matter for the current company and if the PF account is still active that must be law/policy breach by the previous company and NOT by the candidate. In such case the 2 companies must co-ordinate together and sort out the matter. The previous company can also booked under fraud and NOT the candidate.

Big companies are suffering because of these policies. People have lost trust and sense of security. They keep coming up with new things, and when they don't get skilled people and don't get projects and profits they relax such intrusive policies. Good thing is that new companies and remote jobs are booming as a result. These companies have a habit of exploitation and you are dependent upon stringent background verification company or your arrogant manager or politics. There are many jobs and you should keep your heads up and keep learning and looking out. There are plenty of remote job companies or small companies who are working on better tech stak and making huge profits.

i never knew about this. My previous employer always took care of this of putting end date in PF portal. Ideally it should definitely be employer responsibility and employee getting termination because of this very harsh and unethical .

You're absolutely right. I've faced this issue. I started as BA for TCS and after a year they were transitioning me to TCS. However, my BGC got negative due to Hiding employment information. And It's been 5 months, I'm jobless 😢 🙏. My first ever horrible mistake in a corporate life.

By seeing your previous video on this topic, I checked my account in EPFO portal and I was able to add date of exit of my previous employer PF account myself. If we want to correct the date of exit, then only it will require employer's approval. For me Date of exit was NA and I was able to add it myself. And I updated it successfully.

Straight to point.... If you have Technical Skillset and experience. There are many companies to hire you. Be positive, focus on skills and boycott Indian MNCs. #BoycottIndianMNCs

Day by day TCS becoming worst in terms of variable pay, for me previously 2 quarters won't receive variable with full.

If employee getting pf from two employer at same time then only it should consider dual job. But it should not be on date of exist.

I disagree to your bond point, any bond or agreement need to be two sided else its not valid.So thats what bigger orgs know and they dont bother, for startups they just want some money so they run after the employee.Lastly if someone wants to fire there can be any reason pf is just a lame reason.You are doing good job discussing issues faced by others.

Hi, I recently joined TCS, and my background verification (BGV) for my first company came back negative according to HR. My first company was a very small startup. I provided my experience letter and bank statement, but the BGV team said my bank statement was edited. I did not edit the bank statement. During the time of COVID, my previous company did not provide proper salary due to irregular projects. I informed HR about this, and they said they would arrange my relieving. What should I do in this situation? And also I'm contacted my previous company manager he did not send any negative comments or feedback, my manager's contact details were also shared with HR.

I am a victim of such malpractice. My BGC failed. Even though I didn't give any forged documents.

Hi sir I have worked in three companies say A B C but I don’t have form 16 and pf and bank statements of my very first company, but I have form 16 and bank statement of last 2 companies will tcs ask to provide form 16, bank statement and pf (I have service letter and offer letter of my first company not pf or bank statement or form 16)

Sir, I have seen that by using Aadhar card info only, a group added a person under his company, just because the name was common enough and by Human error it git added into Pf portal, due to their mistake the other person was suffering . I belive the EMPLOYEE should also get a Confirmation Mail that some random company is trying to add you under their Organization and creating the MemberID, by this we can reduce these PF complications as well

Hi Sir, I cleared TCS interview round but they are now not considering my profile just because I don’t have my BPO work experience letter. Do NON-IT BPO experience letter matter for Technical job role? BPO was my very first job and later on I join technical job and I submitted all the documents of my technical experience but not getting why non technical experience letter is so important.

Hi sir, I worked for A B C comapny. A company puts wrong exit date in EPFO portal. By that time I started working in B company. so date is conflicting. I ent PFO office to correct the date but as we know govt office. They are not willing to change. Now I'm resigning C and going to join D. In D company they are saying I did dual employment though I did not. all this confusion for wrong exit date by company A. I have all valid documents. Even I have pf passbook where it clear that company A put pf for me till I was there not after that. And In B I didn't have any pf. Is it dual employment?

How can any company use that for employment verification

Any employee can deposit PF his own and prove fake employment also

Yes. Its true.
Hr asked my friends to resign and get salary upto notice period. But my friend ignored Hr and They didn't resign.
But within month itself they Terminated my friends who was on Bench.
