I got shortlisted for TCS Digital Interview, but I've failed 12th with 54.6 % in the 1st go, and in the 2nd go I passed with 60.2%. I wanted to know whether I'll be able to pass the BGC or not? Because TCS's criteria mentioned on site is clear and it requires : 60% in the first go.

If such is the case, then why even shortlist me for digital interview?

Hi, I have a question regarding background verifications. My brother has 4 years of experience and has worked in a total of 4 companies. He wants to remove his first company's experience as he only worked there for 6 months. He is concerned whether there will be any issues during background verifications, and if the company UAN (Universal Account Number) will reveal all the details of his previous work experiences. He wants to know if it's possible to verify only the first company's details using the UAN, including where he worked and the duration, without showing it on his resume.

Well recently interviewed in MNC and filling their BGV form, well in 2018 September to October I have worked for a firm that is my second company where only for One n Half month I hv worked absconded ( hv pf entry, no service letter), I have total 6 yrs wrk experience now( worked for 6 companies including 2nd), I hv skipped 2nd comp. in resume and in BGV form too, can u guide me., What to do now.with UAN they wil find it out.. Bro my brother had 1.9 years of experience as software developer that company created uan pf .
He is unemployed from 1.4 year since most of them r asking 3years of experience.
We r planning buy 1.4 years of fake experience to fill carrier gap one consultancy guy said he will provide pf, salary slip, bank statement & all bgv support if we pay 25k.
Will they come to know willl they check pf amount???

Company A to Company B to Company C

Brother, there is a 15-day overlap between company B and company A. The Background Verification for company B has been completed and it has been 15 months since then.
Can he now switch to company C without company C raising an issue about this overlap? If he inform the HR of Company C beforehand that there was a genuine medical reason for this, will it still be an issue? Actually, the previous Company A took time to issue the relieving letter and complete all formalities, and he had only one offer left in hand to join where he had to immediately join, which resulted in a 15-day overlap. Now if he switches to Company C, Will Company C's background verification fail then? Please let us know.
If you have any software for background verification, can you please check and let us know once.

But I don't want to share their details.
They are asking my consent to contact them
What reason can I give if I don't want them to contact to previous manager.

I got placed in LTIMindtree this year ... my problem is name in my adhar card and marksheet are differnt like spacing problem... my name in adhar card has space between my first name and middle name but in actuall there is no space between these two they are written jointly in my academic document.. jointly written name is correct one. so please guide me bhaiya..
