This exercise demo shows how to perform a Kettlebell Halo with correct form.

This exercise can help improve shoulder and spine mobility, so it can make for a great warm-up exercise.

Hold the kettlebell at upper chest level by the handles with both hands. Begin by tracing a clockwise circle around your head with the kettlebell, stretching out the shoulders, bring the kettlebell right round returning to the starting position. Now repeat the movement in the opposing direction.
