We need another breed of doctor : preventative and maximising health /wellness through nutrition and of course the current doctors which should focus more on trauma and uses of pharmaceuticals in short term trauma treatments. Pharmaceuticals are typically unsuitable for long term term usage and almost every illness we can think of can be healed through nutrition and lifestyle changes but it's complex and different for everyone hence the need for true experts in this field.

I’ve got very raw sensitive skin since forever. Had keratosis for a longtime as a teen on arms and thighs. Also had very bad acne and redness for years. It’s all died down but there are scars. I’d like to know how to help repair skin barrier on my face inside out. Nothing seems to help for long since my skin is oily and so easily irritated especially in humidity now.

I have healed some serious health issues with a whole health approach. Right now I am stumped though.

I am a body builder and I love to be tan, so I have used self tanner for years. I can no longer use it without the most unbelievable itch ever. My whole body is SO itchy the day after tanning, until the tan is worn off.

I am repairing my barrier and detoxing atm. Adding in probiotics etc etc. I’m just curious if anyone has heard of this before?

I am not normally sensitive to fragrance etc. so I think it has to be either the dye in the color guide, or the synthetic DHA.

After I get my skin back to normal, I am going to try a completely clean, organic brand in just a small part of my body to see, but I would LOVE some feedback. I LOVE to glow and it is a big part of my lifestyle😰
