The FTC vs Xbox Activision Trial Is Already Getting Spicy

The trial between the FTC vs Microsoft Activision deal begins tomorrow and will determine the outcome of the deal. Microsoft and Xbox have made it clear that if the preliminary injunction continues through the rest of the year that the deal is basically done. As we've already heard a ton about the case we will find out a lot more tomorrow as Matt Booty is scheduled to testify and we will hear opening arguments. It is sure to be an exciting day.

Previously: Microsoft has made a comment in official court filings about the Microsoft Activision deal and how it could be dead if the FTC Block continues. The FTC has filed an injunction against the merger meaning that the FTC has made Xbox Activision Blocked the main headline in the US. The Microsoft Activision Deal Blocked by the FTC would mean that they never even had to make a strong argument against the merger, but instead tied it up for so long that Microsoft was left with no other choice but to cancel the merger.

The balls and audacity of Flying Lying Crying Ryan of not attending the case when he spent weeks and months flying everywhere trying to prevent the deal from going through.
