I am thrilled that you are talking about this because it is so often overlooked. Values are the foundation of organizational behavior and we need to discern an organizations true values and their impact on morale and energy and even achieving the company's mission. If everyone in the process of interviewing for a new role, would ask penetrating questions about the management's true values, companies would have to look at ways to cultivate healthy conflict and conflict management.
