I hate to say this, but just becuase doug was narrow sighted and totally driven by profits and then changing course to actually give a shit about the end user does not warrant a whole talk on this. This is what we plebs and commoners call "common sense". The saddest part is that this has to be taught. The most grotesque part of this is the massive circle jerk executives and educational instutions engage in when they figure out that products are better when we ACTUALLY give a shit about people first, not as an afterthought.
