How to factory reset TI nspire CA II Calulator (Maintenance Menu)

In this video i had a faulty TI CA II calculator that was boot looping

i was able to get in to the maintenance menu holding

DOC + Enter + EE

from here i could format.

I screen is doing this, but not going into the maintenance screen/doing anything when I press these buttons.

I believe for some newer OS versions, you have to hold them all down whilst restarting the calculator. Took a bit of finger acrobatics but it worked.

Yo i tried doing it and it didnt work, it just opens a doc and types ee, im in os 6.0.3, please help
