EASIEST WAY TO REPLACE U JOINTS *saves so much time*

Easiest way to replace u-joints! This will save you so much time. I replace a u joint on my 2001 24 valve 5.9L cummins, using a ball joint press and an impact gun. It pushes a u joint out of your drive shaft so easily and effortlessly. Gone are the days of using a socket and a hammer (BFH) to pound the u-joints out of your driveshaft. The ball joint press goes on each side of the driveshaft and the cap of the u-joint will pop right out through the top of the ball joint press. You don't need to struggle removing u-joints anymore. If you dont have a ball joint press you can rent one from your local parts store and get a full refund of your money upon returning it to them! See you in the next video!

This is the kit I ended up buying to finish the rest of my u joints! For the price you can't go wrong, and you'll have it in the garage any time you need to pop a u joint out or change your ball joints! I also grabbed this adapter set too so that I had every option available for replacing ball joints!

I had a stroke back in 2006, took all the strength outta my right arm n hand, , Sure made it hard to swing a hammer!! Just had to change the original u joints out of my 94 Ranger, , a ball joint press is the only way to go!!! Clean the hell outta the yolks, apply a thin layer of anti-seize!!

Probably would have been easier and faster to completely remove the driveshaft and work on a bench. Couldn't really see 2/3 of what you did. Too dark.

Easiest way ma AZZ !!. Pull the driveshaft and replace on the BENCH !!. 10 MINUTES TOPS !!!.

Lightning needs some work... other than that good video. Your lucky in that the rear shaft on that truck has clamps covering 2 sides of the joint. Wish the 03's were like that.

Damn.. I should do mine. I have done it before and i remember it being a pain in the ass.. and for some reason I thought we had to greese something with the grease gun when we were done. I could be wrong.
