Judge promises release of Delphi documents

Allen County Judge Fran Gull announced she would release some sealed documents in the Delphi murder case against Richard Allen this week.

There is massive confusion among the public as to that dead cat that was dug up on Richard Allen's property. Who in there right mind would want that document (dead cat evidence) sealed??

The secrecy surrounding this case has been used to implicate Richard Allen without substantiation. Any "incriminating evidence" leading to his arrest derived from the earlier search warrant of his home, whose probable cause has never been revealed. The original judge selected for this case was so afraid of "rabid You Tubers" that he clamped down on all related material. (There's something very wrong with a JUDGE who's afraid of making and justifying tough decisions.) Now we have what the prosecution calls "incriminating statements" from Allen that the public conveniently translates as "confessions." (If the relentless needling of the trustee or guards assigned to watch him 24/7 led him to sarcastically say, "Yeah, sure, whatever, " is that being used by the prosecution as an admission?) I have deep reservations about this investigation, NOT because I believe Allen is innocent, but because due process has been violated from the get-go.

The drastic change in his appearance between his arrest and now is literally baffling 😮 I had to double take; I'm still not even sure if that's the same guy 😳 I hope they are making him suffer in there.

I'm dying to know what happened that day! I saw a video where someone took a still image from the helicopter footage and speculated that it was a picture of Abby naked, on her knees, her arms tied to something, and her head was leaning far back. It also appears in another video that Libby was in the creek.
